November Project Phoenix is a FREE fitness movement that was born out of a desire to bring together people of all fitness levels to make each other better, faster, and stronger. We meet at 6am every Wednesday, rain or shine, at Papago Park Amphitheater or Arizona State University for a 30-minute workout that incorporates stairs with other plyometric exercises. This isn't your typical workout group

. Come check it out for yourself! The closest parking lot for Papago Park is the West Buttes Lot, approximately 0.9 miles south, off of Galvin Parkway and Moreland St. across from the zoo. We recommend that you show up by 5:45am to ensure ample time to run to the amphitheater. Here is a map to help you find us:

Meet at 23rd Pl and Piestewa Peak Dr. (Like you’re heading to hike Piestewa, but turn left at the first street).

If you’re looking for a longer workout, early miles begin at 5:20am, starting from the blue X.

Hills workout begins at 5:45am.

Friendly reminder to wear bright colors so drivers can see you. 👀 AND this is a neighborhood, so be respectful.

Park in the yellow sections. The hill is highlighted in red. See you there!

November Project Phoenix is turning 11 and we're celebrating the only way we know how: with a little sweat, a lot of smiles, and some smooth tunes on deck.
