We need YOU! In our ongoing effort to cover Veterans on hospice with comfort quilts, we will gather at the Veterans Memorial Museum to sew quilt blocks. These quilts are a wonderful expression of love and care for our Veterans.
No experience is necessary and we will have all supplies, including sewing machines, for everyone to use.
Come, bring a friend and help make a difference in the lives of our Veterans.
It's open house style--come anytime between 12:00--4:00pm.

Join us for our sewing event to benefit Veterans on Thursday, March 19th. With a new time but the same heartfelt mission, we invite you to be a part of this rewarding experience.
Love Covers will provide all the necessary sewing machines and materials, so all you need to bring is your enthusiasm and willingness to contribute. Your efforts will help create comforting quilt blocks that become quilts for those who have served our country.

While digging through my stash, I came across this quilt top…decided to try to spend a few minutes every day piecing a couple blocks. Man, has that brought some joy! Seeing a long time ufo coming together is encouraging. ❤️

This week has been lots of prep for I’ve loved being able to get two quilts quilted on one load—loving this 12 foot frame!

To know me, is to know that I don’t like hand stitching…actually, it’s my thumbs that don’t appreciate the effort!
But, this quilt needed a facing, so hand stitching it is! One step closer to actually hanging this in our guest room. ❤️
