Machine blocker / loitering
Stopped off for some groceries & decided to hit the vending machine on the way in.
This fine specimen had his body rested up against the front of the machine, scratching a lottery ticket, touching yes it every time it popped up saying “do you need more time“ .. he did this for about 3 cycles before I finally piped up and said “can I use the machine? ..” He turns around, and with a snarky tone says “ I’m using it and waiting for it to reset “
I explained to him that he is loitering, and stopping people from using the machine - to which he basically told me to pound sand and that he didn’t care.
Right about then, he lets the machine time out, touches it again, and 3 items pop up on the screen. He proceeded to buy everything there, wait for the machine to reset, touch it again, and buy the 1 item that reset from his purchase.
Albertsons management walked over when he started making a fuss about me taking a photo of him, and kindly offered to hold my place in line while I went and shopped which I thought was very nice but I advised her that it was a public machine & her doing that would basically be the same thing as him guarding it.
As I was walking away, he pipes up again and goes “ SEE YA IN 30 MINUTES! “ ..
