Two words arose while doing the needed to come back to center, & .
These words are so often used to project victimization from those minimized by society for a variety of variables. The reflective portions of my own daily healing journey remind me to stay humble and authentic to myself first.
No matter how strong someone appears or how bad the fall may appear, lets normalize talking with people and not at nor about them at all times. Everyone's experience is valid and their own journey.
No longer victims, we're all individuals making statements and deserve to be heard.

For those who know 2021 was a pause, 2026 the restart is coming. Sometimes a season for resetting, rebalancing, rediscover is needed. Remembering my why had to be priority. Anything lost during the break may not be meant for the new season, new bonds come with a new direction. Everything is being revamped and updated so bare with me if you've been to my website or tried to reach me. Also, by request of some, we will be streaming and more lives soon with great intentionality. The mask is off!!!!
