DM me to book your first class with me and discover how Pilates can benefit you 💛

Facts about me:
1. Born in Ukraine, raised in Spain, living a happy life in South Bay for the last 7 years.

2. I never was super athletic or practiced any sports consistently till I discovered Pilates.

3. Pilates showed me so much about my own body and helped me with many physical and mental health issues.

4. I have a cyst in my hip for over 9 years and no medication helped me as much as Pilates did. With constant exercise I almost don’t feel any pain or discomfort anymore.

5. After practicing Pilates for years I decided to enroll in a teaching program. I chose Basi Pilates as my instructor certification and after 500h of hard work, I finally passed my exams!

6. The most important thing I learned during my training is to BE AWARE OF YOUR OWN BODY. Body awareness changes everything in every single exercise you perform!

7. Now I teach Pilates in my own home studio and help people to feel stronger and more in shape, gain flexibility and mobility, work on muscular de compensation and rehabilitate muscles from injuries or chronic conditions
