Aeris Aviation Apparel I always have way too many irons in the fire … So what’s one more project?? I’m really doing this! It’s really happening! So, what am I doing, exactly?

Aeris (AIR-ess): A name derived from the Greek word "ἀήρ" (aer), meaning "air" or "atmosphere"; Often associated with a light, airy, and ethereal quality; Aeris encapsulates the essence of movement, change, and boundless potential I’ve teamed up with some amazing people locally who are all in on this crazy ride with me… and I want you to experience it right along with us! I’ve decided to build a c

ompany that puts female aviators first, and not an afterthought, when it comes to our uniforms! Yes… I said “our” because I’m designing these for me too! I’ve been flying for over 30 years, and just like you, I understand the frustrations when it comes to finding the right uniform! Vanity sizing is ridiculous. The companies don’t understand our curves. We’re not all built like Barbie. I feel like I’m wearing my dad’s / husband’s / boyfriend’s / brother’s shirt… it wasn’t designed for me! I’m too tall. I’m too short. And on and on. I’ve heard it all… and I’m listening! We’re in the beginning phases of incorporating your feedback and recommendations, while avoiding the pitfalls and mistakes that other companies make, to create the very best pilot uniform shirts on the market! My dad taught me at a very young age that if you do something right the first time, you only have to do it once. I try to take that approach in everything that I do. I’m a bit of a perfectionist with a hint of OCD, so believe me when I tell you that I want to do this right! I want to create the perfect shirt that ticks all of the boxes—high-quality, functional, flattering, stain-resistant, wrinkle-free, professional, and even a little bit of personality thrown in the mix. Life is tough right now. I want to create a company that gives back… that can help make things a little easier when things are hard. Giving back will be a cornerstone of this business. More details will be released as this idea takes shape. I have so many ideas, but I’m only one person… so if you have suggestions, comments, recommendations, thoughts, or just want to say, “Hey… I LOVE this!!” or “You go, girl! Keep it up!!” then I want to hear from you!
