As much as I love sharing the positive moments, I feel it’s also important to share the negative moments. I paid 5k to get my garage converted into an embroidery studio.

The guy I hired took my money and didnt finish the job. 😭 I’m now stuck with unfinished lights that were never installed in the front of this space, open sheetrock seams, and sheetrock dust covering everything.

While it truly sucks to lose out on the funds that were paid to him and not have a beautiful space to celebrate, I will now take to the school of YouTube and figure it out with my husband. Please send positive vibes while I cry through this process over the next few weeks. 😔

My favorite stole I made from the spring graduations was this design presented by Sunshine! It challenged me to piece together a series of floral designs. The total embroidery and sewing time was a grand total of eight hours!

While I love this design, I definitely know this is a design that will have to be requested two months in advance to build in adequate production time. ☺️
