America’s Freedom gives us all the right to our opinions and beliefs.

We can agree, disagree or meet in the middle.

We should positively RESPECT whatever views we each have. We don't have to go to extremes to force those views down the throat of another.

It all comes down to common sense and NOT letting those who would want to use us for their gain control our thoughts and emotions.

This country gives us a good life if we do it together.

Because after all, it is We The People.

Two of my favorite humans representing some of Flex Amazing Apparel’s gym merch!

Kimiko Joanne Donahue gave me the inspiration to create a design that honored one of our favorite bands, the mighty Iron Maiden!

Kimi is All In in whatever she does. Working out, music, business, coaching, being a great mom and friend!

Im very proud if my godson Robertino. He’s very disciplined in his health and lifestyle. He’s also a great son and friend to everybody he meets.

They both exemplify what Flex Amazing is all about. Recognizing, growing and taking action on their skills, sharing it with others and just being amazing human beings!

We’ll be showcasing more gym designs soon. Stay tuned.

May is here. Yeah it snuck up on us.

This is the time of year where we all are motivated towards getting ready for that summer bod.

But I feel we should never limit our health and fitness to just a seasonal goal. It should the lifestyle for life.

We all know that our health should be a top priority. So let me suggest 31 tips you can do to have an Amazing month of May.
One each day until it becomes a habit.

It’s not just your body that needs to stay healthy, your mind and soul are just as important.

Hey, so tomorrow night and Saturday night, Flex.Amazing be at Tohono Chul Park for their Holiday (Christamas) Night party. The party is from 6:00 - 9:00PM!

We'll be showcasing our latest collection of custom tees, hoodies, totes and candles for purchase and customization.

A great time to pick up a few last minute gifts for your friends and family.

We'll be in the Sonoran Seasons Garden area near the Pavilion. See the comments for a map.

There'll be live music, food, a wide variety of vendors. All family friendly.
