This quilt is more than just a story, it’s a hug from a group of friends to one of the members of our Quilt Tribe. ❤️

Carol is our tribe elder, a steady pillar in our group. When she turned 90, each of us made a block for her quilt. I added a few touches, then pieced, quilted, and bound it for the group.

These days, Carol isn’t able to join us for our sew days, but she has a physical hug from our group to keep with her. 🧵❤️
