From our ranch to the mountains. 🤎

Every jar of Twin Spurs tallow starts with cattle raised right alongside the rest of our animals here on the ranch — raised by us from birth to butcher, 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, with no grain, hormones, antibiotics or vaccines.

Knowing exactly what goes into raising our cattle means knowing exactly where the tallow in your jar comes from. And that’s something we’re pretty proud to bring with us to Market in the Mountains.

Why calendula? 🌼

Calendula is rich in naturally occurring flavonoids and carotenoids — plant compounds known for their antioxidant and skin-soothing properties. For your skin, that means extra support when things like sun, wind, cold weather, and dry air leave it feeling red, dry, or irritated.

Calendula is also known for supporting the skin’s natural healing and repair process, helping your skin maintain a healthy, strong barrier so it can better hold onto moisture and protect itself.

Its gentle nature is one of the reasons we chose it. Calendula brings a whole lot to the skin without needing an overly complicated formula.

We slowly infuse whole organic calendula flowers into jojoba oil before blending it with our grass-fed & finished tallow that is raised on our ranch— pairing the nourishing fatty acids and fat-soluble vitamins of tallow with the botanical benefits of calendula.

That’s why we brought Calendula into our lineup. Not just another jar on the shelf, but a botanical chosen for what it can actually bring to your skin.
