New Teacher Spotlight!

Welcome to the Fort, Sanchia Bennett!

Hello Toro Family,
My name is Sanchia Bennett and I am immensely honored and excited to be part of the Spanish Fort High School Mathematics Department. I attended Troy University where I earned my bachelor's degree in mathematics with a minor in human services. I am currently enrolled at the University of West Alabama to earn my master's of mathematics.
I was born and raised in Bay Minette and a direct product of Baldwin County Public Schools. I believe in the school system and am optimistic for this school year. I am a graduate of Baldwin County High School, but am grateful, hopeful, and thankful for my new journey at Spanish Fort High School. I previously taught at Pine Forest High School in Pensacola, Florida, but finding my way home has always been my goal. I love spending time with my love ones, the beach, and ANYTHING Beyoncé!
I am so thrilled for this school year and the new challenges that will come our way. I will prepare my students for this course, future mathematics courses, and the world by being actively present in all of my students' lives. We can do anything this year with dedication. I am enthusiastic to see all that we will accomplish!
