Luna Park CC Our company sells clothes and beauty products that empower afro-indigenous people to be the next generation of community leaders and activists.

The products advocate for confidence, empowerment, and representation for our customers. We started when my mother lost her job due to COVID-19 and we wanted to empower other women in our area who were struggling to find work. We knew strong hair would bring confidence to many who were feeling the adverse effects of isolation and unemployment. We created a product that empowers them to achieve the

ir hair strength goals with all-organic ingredients. These ingredients have nourished hair in our family’s west African village for centuries. We coupled this with a simple routine that rivaled the same hair care results as visiting their favorite salon. The Norbor haircare formula is a product that pushes for self confidence and autonomy. It also highlights that purchase decisions can be a form of activism for more representation on our shelves.
