Please read the policy before you claim.. Welcome to yet another exciting live show from AhikaDesigns. Here are some guidelines to ease the process.
- All claims are considered FINAL and no cancellations allowed later. Please claim only if you are 100% interested in the item.
- 🙋🏻♀️Claims to be made by typing ‘ # # - color/size' and provide your location within the USA.
- 📲Take a screenshot of the item claimed and WhatsApp immediately @925-404-7876 to reserve the item. If I don't receive WhatsApp, claimed item goes back into the market.
- 💰Payment is due within 24hrs after claiming. Payments accepted through Zelle/Venmo. Zelle: 925-404-7876. Venmo: -Musunuru. We will try to dispatch the items within 24-48 hrs after the payment is made.
- 🛩NO shipping outside the USA or Canada. Shipping is free within the USA for jewelry orders $65 and above or else ship charge will be flat $5 within the USA, starts at $12 USD to Canada.
-$8 shipping fee for 1 item of clothing. $10 for 2-4 items and $5 for each additional item.
- ❌No returns/exchanges accepted. If an item is damaged during shipping, we will fix it (excludes shipping charge). Please inform within 24 hrs of receiving the package and send photographs of damaged items. For bags and dresses, to process a claim opening video is mandatory.
