These were one of my last sets of masks to go out! I need a break from mask making for a little while. I will still be making some limited offerings and putting them up here as they're available, but I want to focus on family and kids for a little while before I go back to work in 6 weeks. Take care and know if you're desperate for a mask, I can still certainly crank one out!

Two more cute sets of masks hit the road yesterday. I am continuing to make masks every day, but going forward my pace will slow a bit. I am ending my leave of absence and returning to my corporate job in August! Very excited for a new beginning and trust that I will keep sewing for love of it!

Just cut my first set of new filters. My new polypropylene is so much nicer! Stiffer double polypropylene on the front and soft medical polypropylene on the back with a sandwich filling of chiffon. Easy to breathe through, but waterproof and sneeze proof. If you got my old style and want to try the new one, let me know!

Another day and more masks! Two bound for Minnesota and one for Idaho. I've gotten in some really cute tire track and NASA fabric. I've also got some ear Savers in works, so if you already have a mask and feel like the elastic should come back from your ears little bit or have to wear for long shift, let me know and I can add a button ear saver to your order.

Hey kids! I've been staying busy lately with masks, but have had so many questions lately on filters. When I have polypropylene, I've been including sheets with my masks. I decided today to make a homemade filter from two layers of polypropylene with a chiffon filling and then test it. My kindergarten science experiment included one of my masks with my new filter, with a mask with 1 layer of polypropylene, just a mask and lastly the surprisingly popular no mask. I used three sneezes aka sprays of green Windex with all of my test shots AKA my fancy shot glasses. You'll notice that the two with either the polypropylene sheet or polypropylene filter had no breakthrough from the Windex sneeze however just the cotton mask had a small amount and obviously no mask had tons. Stay informed folks! My overlocked filler sheets will be available with my masks for an extra $2 and the polypropylene sheets are still free if I have them in stock.
