New school spirit shirt refashions are shipping today! It's fun making these with all the colorful knits!

New school year; new school shirt, or should I say dress? The shirts are always too big and my girl loves wearing dresses, so I've refashioned a School Spirit Dress out of her school shirt! All knit, all comfy. I finish all my seams with a fun lettuce edge. The shirts are cut to have a fitted look and can incorporate a different fabric back or the shirt fabric back. Here'a a few examples. I start with any school shirt your little one picked out and go from there! Available in Sizes 4-12. $30 plus shipping if necessary.

I have had the joy of making two different outfits for customers that I have been trying to get to for quite some time. I am so thankful that my customers allow me to continue to create new and different items for them sight unseen! That they trust in my quality, creativity, and style to buy something without even knowing exactly what they'll get is a great compliment! I have the best customers! Thanks to you guys! Are you anything like me? When I have A LOT to do, I find more projects in an effort to organize myself to prepare for the tasks at hand. This time I sorted and color coordinated my teensy tiny scraps used for applique. I have NEVER done that before! I seriously need help!

Here's a custom made Bluebird dress for a gorgeous little girl's milestone portraits with her baby brother. For those of you who sew, you know working with knits can be challenging. But this fully knit dress came out beautifully! It has some serious twirl factor with an ultra full skirt! Hope you like it, Monica!
