Respectfully… no, it isn’t. 😅

Exposure doesn’t pay my bills.
Exposure doesn’t buy my supplies.
Exposure doesn’t cover my time, labor, or expertise.

I’m all for collaboration. I’m all for supporting other small businesses. And I’m absolutely open to opportunities that make sense.

But my work has value.

And “it’ll be great exposure for you” shouldn’t be the automatic answer when someone asks a small business to work for free.
