📦 Shipping Update — I want to be transparent with you all 🤍

Shipping costs have gone up tremendously, and unfortunately, I have also been dealing with more packages not arriving on time than usual. I know how frustrating it is to be waiting on an order, especially when tracking does not update or a package seems delayed.

I want everyone to know that I ship orders out as quickly as possible and package everything with care. Once a package is dropped off with the shipping carrier, delivery times, delays, and tracking updates are out of my hands—but I will always do my best to help when there is an issue.

Please know that I have fought tooth and nail with USPS and UPS when packages have been delayed, lost, or not delivered on time. It is just as frustrating for me as it is for you, and I take every issue seriously. I spend a lot of time reaching out, filing claims, tracking down updates, and doing everything I can to get answers.

Because of the increase in shipping costs, I will need to update my shipping prices for the time being. Any shipping amount paid that is not used will be refunded immediately after the shipping label is printed. If there are ever any questions or concerns, I can also provide proof of the shipping cost.

To help avoid shipping costs, I do offer local pickup in Virginia/the Iron Range area and in Cambridge/Isanti! Please feel free to choose pickup or message me if you have any questions about it.
