A big congratulations to the Class of 2026 at Wallkill Senior High School!
This evening was the Senior Awards Banquet, and I was truly honored to present the 15th Annual Frankie K Clothing Scholarship. This scholarship is awarded to a graduating senior who has demonstrated determination, motivation, and perseverance throughout their high school journey.
A HUGE congratulations to this year’s recipient, Kelly Vargas!
Kelly will be attending the University at Albany this fall, where she will major in Social Work. I wish you nothing but happiness, tremendous success, and unforgettable memories as you begin this exciting new chapter of your life.
It was a pleasure meeting you, your mother, and your sister this evening. In our short conversation, I could see the excitement in your eyes and feel the passion you have for your future. Hearing you talk about your goals and dreams left no doubt in my mind that you are destined to accomplish great things.
Thank you for sharing your aspirations with me. I believe in you. Continue to carry that positive attitude, strong mindset, and determination—they will take you far in life.
And always remember to stay Alive and Relentless, with your index finger pointed to the sky each day. May God continue to guide, protect, and bless you along your journey.
