Yesterday we were having dinner with our friends browsing through some Cape Cod tourist guides and I almost dropped my phone!

My Waves of Life necklace is featured in this month’s issue, all thanks to Cape Cod Museum of Art carrying my collection in their gift shop. Featured by The Guidebook of Cape Cod - Travel Guide 🌊

It’s still wild to me that something I hand-paint at my little studio ends up in a museum gift shop. Little moments like this are why I keep doing this. 💙

Taking some time off! 🌊 I’ll be on vacation from July 18-25, spending the week with my family in Cape Cod.

Have you wandered through stores and gift shops and seen the same type of jewelry over and over, wondering if there’s something out there that’s actually different?

As someone who loves shopping I totally get it. As an artist, I chose to create something different. So I did.

Every piece is a real oyster shell I hand-paint myself. No two are ever exactly alike, so when you choose one, it’s really and truly yours.

Recently, a customer said to me “I wasn’t looking for another piece of jewelry, until I saw these.”

There’s something special about owning a piece that no one else will ever have.

Because nature creates every shell differently, even two necklaces with the same painted design will never be exactly alike.

I think that’s my favorite part of this collection. Each one is truly a unique work of wearable art.
