Feeling perfectly joyful and happy is the natural state of living! Everything else is known as dis-ease and it kills you!
The formula for living your best life:
- Ensure constant and clear flow of blood/oxygen circulation in your body; this activates the higher brain functions instead of starving them in survival mode, not to mention increased nourishment for your cells. You can always take some deep breaths or you may perform full body (Calisthenics) exercises to achieve this.
- Clear out subconscious limiting beliefs and any conditioning/programming that causes fear or otherwise prevents you from expressing yourself unashamedly. Use subconscious probing or simply be aware (self-observation) when you are triggered into uncomfortable feelings, then start asking yourself probing questions about the negative feelings until you root out the issue from your past.
- Ensure left and right brain hemispheres are in sync at all times, because you actually have two brains and you want them working together instead of against each other. When you feel "out of whack" you can simply meditate and clear your mind, or you can use binaural audio from a reputable source, such as the EOC Institute to train your brain into the proper brainwave frequency.
- Feed your body with healthy foods that break down into the proper amino acids that your cells need. Alkalinity is important because your body is an energy conduit as well as a battery. Also, intermittent fasting is extremely beneficial; try OMAD (One Meal A Day) for a week (no snacking or eating between meals either, just water/fluids) and see how it feels; you will find you have more energy because your body goes into Ketosis.
- Focus on what brings you joy and makes you feel genuinely happy. Treat yourself better and take care of your body with proper hygiene and self-care. Hygiene is not just physical, but it is also mental and spiritual. You have to constantly de-clutter everything in your life.
