Yesterday, we officially launched Miss Kay’s ❤️
It’s honestly hard to put into words what this moment means to me.
Miss Kay’s started with my grandmother - Granny Bibbins to millions of people online, but simply Grandma Kay to me.
She has spent her entire life feeding people, caring for families, and showing love through food. This brand gives us the opportunity to carry that legacy forward and share it with families across the country.
For me, this launch represents years of dreaming, storytelling, product development, brand building, and a whole lot of hard work behind the scenes.
I’ve had the privilege of helping shape nearly every part of Miss Kay’s; from the original idea and product development to the branding, packaging, launch strategy, content, and marketing.
Watching something that once existed only as an idea become a real company - and a real product that people can now hold in their hands - is incredibly special.
But something like this is never built by one person.
I’m so grateful for Lucas Keeler, Benjamin Buses, Connor Simmons, and Noah Schwartz, along with the many partners, advisors, manufacturers, creatives, friends, and family members who believed in this vision and helped us bring it to life.
Most importantly, I’m grateful for Grandma Kay.
Her name may be on the package, but her values are built into every part of this company:
Take care of people.
Make things the right way.
Never cut corners.
And always make sure everyone has something good to eat.
This is about more than launching a beef stick.
It’s the beginning of what we believe can become a nationally recognized family food brand; built on trust, real ingredients, Southern hospitality, and the relationship we’ve developed with millions of families over the years.
There is still a lot of work ahead of us, but right now, I’m taking a moment to appreciate how far this idea has already come.
Granny didn’t retire.
She launched a company. ❤️
Welcome to Miss Kay’s.
