Go back and pull out your bible, prayer books and journals that got you through.

Return to prayer, again and remain consistent.

1. It brings calm in chaos.
Taking a few quiet minutes to pray can lower stress and settle a racing mind. It's a built-in reset button for hard days.

2. It builds gratitude.
Prayer often starts with repenting and giving thanks. Naming what's good in your life even small things shifts your focus from what's missing to what's already there.

3. It creates space for honesty.
Prayer is one of the few places where you don't have to perform. You can show up exactly as you are uncertain, tired, hopeful, angry and simply be heard.

4. It strengthens connection.
Whether prayed alone or with others, prayer can deepen relationships with a community, a tradition, or a sense of something bigger than the everyday.

5. It offers hope.
Even in difficult seasons, prayer can be an anchor. It reminds us that today isn't the whole story.

You don't need the perfect words or the perfect moment. You just need to start.

Take one minute this evening. Close your eyes, breathe, and say what's on your heart.*

Still waiting? Keep Showing Up. Apply Anyway!

Applying for jobs and hearing nothing back is one of the hardest kinds of waiting there is. No rejection to process, no "yes" to celebrate just silence.

But silence isn't the end of the story. It's the space between effort and opportunity.

To every young man out there sending applications into what feels like a void: your work ethic isn't wasted.

Every application is a rep. Every interview you land even if it doesn't turn into an offer sharpens you for the one that will. The right door doesn't always open on the first knock, but it opens for the ones who keep knocking.

You are not behind. You are not forgotten. You are building something patience, resilience, character that will matter long after the job search ends.

Keep going. Your breakthrough is closer than it feels.

Don't wait in silence take one new action today. Send one more application, follow up on one you already sent, or reach out to someone in your network. Momentum starts with a single move.

Tips for Applying:
1. Follow up, don't just wait. A short, polite email or call one week after applying shows initiative and keeps you top of mind.

2. Tailor every application. Match your resume and cover letter to the specific job generic applications get skipped.

3. Use your network. Referrals get far more attention than cold applications. Tell people you're looking.

4. Track what you send. Keep a simple list of where you applied and when, so follow-ups are easy to manage.

5. Apply consistently, not just intensely. A steady rhythm a few strong applications a day beats giving up.

6. Adjust your approach to applying for positions.

7. If no one calls, speak with family about investing in you to start a business. God has given you a gift. Some of us have more than one. Your gift will make room for you.

You didn't fall into today.

Every load of laundry, every breakfast made or doordashed every I've got you whispered over a tired kid's head that's not just surviving. That's showing up on purpose.

You don't have to have it all figured out to show up with intention. You just have to decide: today, I'm not running on empty fumes and autopilot.

Today, I'm choosing faith over fear, one small step at a time.
That's activated faith in action.

You've been doing the math in your head the bills, preparing for the upcoming school year, making summer plans, trying to figure out dinner and thinking who's going to help me with THIS and coming up short.

Not because you're not enough. Because you've been carrying a two-person job solo, and somewhere along the way, surviving started masquerading as your whole personality.

You're tired of being the strong mom, woman and professional with nothing left in the tank. You're tired of praying the same prayer and feeling like it's bouncing off the ceiling. You're tired of watching other people's brisk walk of parenting while yours keeps throwing curveballs.

Here's the thing though tired isn't the same as done. You are not stuck. You are paused. And there's a difference between a woman who's given up and a woman who's catching her breath before the next move.

Faith isn't a feeling you wait around for. It's a decision you activate.

That spark you keep feeling that stubborn, annoying hope that refuses to fully die even on your worst days?

That's not weakness. That's God whispering we're not finished yet.

It's time to stop surviving your story and start activating it.

It's time YOU Activate Faith!!

A guide built for moms like you raising kids solo, running households, running on fumes, and still showing up. This isn't fluffy inspiration. It's real, grounded, practical faith building for women who don't have time for nonsense but desperately need hope that actually holds weight.

You'll walk away with: A reset for the exhaustion that's been masquerading as just life now.

Courage for the prayers you don't know how to pray anymore
A game plan to move from stuck to unstoppable one faithful step at a time

You've survived the hard part birthing kids. Now it's time to rise and parent and pray through it.

Your comeback starts now⬇️

Young folks often want things before they are ready. Their own place, relationships, more independence, a later bedtime, car, video game rated for older players long before they have the skills, judgment, or emotional maturity to handle them well.

The goal isn't to shut down their desire, but to help them understand that wanting something and being ready for it are two different things.

Why this conversation matters:

Getting something too soon can backfire in ways that aren't always obvious to a child or young adult.

A phone without the self-control to manage screen time can hurt sleep and friendships.

Too much independence too fast can lead to real safety risks and habits only the good Lord can break.

Hanging out late nights….well it may seem harmless but the freaks come out a night.

The danger isn't the thing itself it's the mismatch between the child and young adults current abilities and what handling that thing requires.

How to talk about it:

Validate the want first. I get why you want that it does look fun, trendy and exciting.

In today’s world everybody is doing it….just because everyone is doing it doesn’t make it right.

Dismissing the desire just makes them feel unheard.

Separate the item from the readiness. This isn't about whether you're a good kid or young adult. It's about whether you've had practice with the skills and responsibilities this needs yet.

Make readiness visible and achievable. Instead of a vague when you're older, name specific things they can work towards.

Don’t be a reactive parent be proactive.

Why Every Young Man Should Get a Job or start a business

There's a quiet crisis happening with a lot of young men right now: more time at home, less structure, fewer reasons to get up early, and a growing distance from the kind of responsibility that builds character.

Here's what working actually gives a young man, beyond the paycheck:

1. Structure and discipline
A job forces you out of bed, into a routine, and into a rhythm. That structure spills over into every other part of life sleep, fitness, focus, relationships.

2. Financial independence
Earning your own money is the first real taste of freedom. It changes how you make decisions, how you value things, and how seriously you take your future.

3. Real-world confidence
Showing up, solving problems, dealing with a difficult customer or a demanding boss these build a kind of confidence that no amount of scrolling or gaming ever will.

Your issue is that you keep running instead of dealing with the issues at hand.
Stop and deal with it.
