What is my favorite day at the Woody Guthrie Folk Festival ?

Every day! I've volunteered for many years at the merch table and every single year it's like a family reunion. We get and give many hugs, we reminisce about years past, we watch our children and grandchildren grow, we remember those we have lost, we visit with artists and much more.

Speaking of artists, no matter how famous they are, no matter if they're just starting out, no matter if it's their first festival, there is not a pretentious bone in their bodies. They're part of the family, too.

I'm so excited to have my own booth in the pasture this year. If you're a tie dye lover, come see me. I bet I'll have something you can't live without 😉.

Most importantly, HAVE FUN!!!!!

Tomorrow I'll be at the Wetumka Farmer's Market!
