I love to use all kinds of materials in my jewelry and art pieces....I will always love all the gemmy stuff like diamonds, pearls, opals, chalcedonies, and agates, but for years now, I have been submerged in the mystery and fascination of working with fordite! Be it in silver, steel, copper, bronze, gold.... I have been bitten by the fordite bug, and I just can't stop carving.

Stainless Steel and Fordite necklace - Lapidary cut, cured and layered auto enamel Motor Agate Fordite cab set in Stainless Steel. The salvaged and re-purposed enamel material used in this piece was harvested from an auto plant as a byproduct of the industrial car painting process years ago!

Beautiful Type 3 Motor Agate cabochon - color on color layers with metallics. It is set in our new design; a sleek bezel setting with brushed, matte finish. Closed full bezel back. Hand signed on reverse.

24" Stainless Steel cable chain with lobster clasp is included.

Pendant dimensions from top of bail: 36mm x 23mm
