After forgoing my usual cut and color visits over the past year, I can’t tell you how refreshing it felt to be back at in the trusted chair of ! First off, if you saw what my hair looked like walking into the salon, you’d also come to believe that Amelia is a literal magician. I’ve been surviving the past (very long) year with a grown out look I didn’t love and required too much styling for me to like it. The easy excuse was that I wasn’t really seeing many people in real life, but I also just don’t like having to do my hair in general, so I need it to be effortless.... or I’ll just put it in my go-to low bun and call it a day. So I’m here to remind you (especially fellow exhausted moms!) that’s it’s okay to spend some time on yourself and if getting a fresh haircut is on your list, do it!
