Swole.Catholic Gone for Lent! ✌️
Swole.Catholic exists to help others pursue excellence in Mind, Body, and Soul. It all started back in college.

We realized that there are Catholic groups for university students, those involved in Greek life, and even varsity athletes, but there was nothing for the "gym guys." We sought to change that by starting Swole.Catholic, seeking to help cultivate a more holistic approach to faith and fitness. Which is concisely exemplified in our tag line "In all that I do, let it bring me closer to you." We believ

e it is important for fitness to be in your faith, and for faith to be in your fitness. And we want to give you tangible ways to exactly that. With every prayer and with every rep. With every holy hour, and with every workout. Here at Swole.Catholic we are dedicated to helping you build bodies so that together we may build the Kingdom.

It has been a few weeks since we announced we are shutting down, and it's been humbling to get so many encouraging messages and other love and support!

This has been quite the journey over the years and I have been blessed with meeting so many amazing people through this apostolate.

We are still clearing out our stock, so snag some Christmas gifts and be sure to grab some gear for yourself!

Hey everyone!

It has been a very long time since you have heard from me...
I took a step back from social media two Lents ago and with that came an inevitable step back from Swole.Catholic as well.

I kept waiting for the right time or the right opportunity to pass this along but it has not presented itself, so with a heavy heart we are announcing our going out of business sale.

Everything is priced to move including our Athlerics, please help us clear out our stock so we can make room for our ever growing family!

Never stop pursuing Him and always seek the opportunities to grow even if it means failure.
"For you were not made for comfort, but for greatness!"

In His Strength,
Paul with Swole.Catholic

Verso l'alto! To the heights!
Hiking a mountain is a long arduous journey. With each step you anticipate the summit more and more. You rise higher and higher into the sky to reach the top and feel on top of the world!

How about your Advent? How are you anxiously anticipating the summit of the season? What joy will you know in just a few days?

Let us pursue Him with great anticipation and hope!

In all that I do, let it bring me closer to You!

“Our country is so screwed!”

I feel like we hear this often, particularly after an election cycle when “your party” didn’t win a majority…

Everyone has their two cents to put in, some making them more public than others. I am reminded that our words matter; what we say and how we say it matter! Our words will influence someone else positively or negatively…and we will have to answer to what we said on our judgment day.
If you sum all the words you say, how you say it, and who you say it to, what is the result? Will you have led others astray? Or will you have called them on closer to Christ, to Truth?

End of the day, our country is “screwed” - it's man made and will fail eventually…

But so what? What truly matters? What is the sum of your words?

Especially this Advent, take some time to reflect on your words...

In His Strength,
Paul

"A dead thing can go with the stream, but only a living thing can go against it."

Dare to row upstream!

It's easy to go with the flow...but the flow is not where we are called to be. Become fully alive and row against the stream!

T O G E T H E R

Call me a broken record, but it is by working, resting, and living TOGETHER that we can become who we are meant to be. Together we are greater than the sum of our parts.
When you have the option or opportunity, invite someone to join you! Whether it's a tough workout, a quick oil change, or a lazy coffee…invite someone along!

"Good habits are important, but it’s often our bad habits that prevent us from reaching our full potential. You can have all the good habits in the world, but if you keep doing the bad habits alongside the good ones, you’ll struggle to reach your goals. Think of it this way: you’re only as good as your worst habits."
