A woman had been interviewing for a job and the owner asked about compensation, to which the woman replied...

1. First, I would like at least 18% commission on everything I sell and 24% if I do well.

2. I want to be free of any minimum sales requirements, and never have to purchase my own inventory.

3. I expect to receive free product, bonuses and a free hotel stay if I do well in my first 90 days

4. I would also like the opportunity to earn as much free product as I want each and every month.

5. I expect you to provide me with the very best website, page, free online training and free weekly online webinars.

6. If I bring in and train any new salespeople, I believe I deserve 7% of their sales. If those salespeople I bring in do well, and THEY train new salespeople themselves, I believe I deserve 5% of their new salespeople's sales, and bonuses on everyone's sales when we all become rock stars.

7. I would like the opportunity to rapidly advance within the company.

8. When I do well, I expect LOTS of praise and recognition, plus free products, special awards, fabulous trips, and even cash bonuses!!

9. I would like my friends and family to work here also.

10. If I ever become pregnant, adopt a child, or have a death or deployment in my immediate family, I would like the average of my last six months in sales, paid to me for two months while I take some time off.

11. By the way, I need to set my own schedule and work only when it suits me and my family.

So... when can I start?

After the owner recovered from shock, he ROARED with laughter, "Lady, you can't be serious! You're dreamin'! You'll never find an opportunity like that ANYWHERE! And if you do...come back and get me cuz' I want to work with you!"

HOME PARTIES vs.WICHITA DENIM CONNECTION TRUNK SHOWS.....

Home Parties. Some people LOVE them. Some....not so much. As a hostess - the idea usually sounds fun - but then the stress sets in. You have to send out invitations, call your friends to remind them, go grocery shopping, go to the liquor store and on the day of the show - prepare it all. As a guest? Many of us go as a "favor" to our friends. We d...on't usually look forward to sitting through long sales presentations and then buying something that we usually DON'T need that is OVERPRICED because we feel OBLIGATED.

Well girls'.....ERASE that picture from your mind with Wichita Denim Connection!!

When you host a trunk show with me you can actually have FUN and so will your friends!! All you have to do is supply me with your guest list and their e-mail addresses - I do ALL the rest! I market your show in a variety of ways to ENSURE you have a great turnout! Food and Drink?? Don't bother!! What girl wants to chow down and fill up while trying on jeans?? If you WANT to have a cocktail or light snack - feel free - but it's definitely not necessary!! Best of all? I bring a product to you that is in HIGH demand at a price you can't resist!! There are NO sales presentations, NO ordering and NO waiting for jeans to be shipped. Your friends just stop by, try on, purchase and take home!! The biggest perk of all??? As a hostess - you earn 10% of your show's sales toward FREE jeans!!! Could you or your daughter use a pair of free designer jeans just by opening your home for a few hours one night and having some fun with your friends???

I do about 4 shows a month and they book up FAST. I'm reserving shows NOW for February and March - as inventory is booking up FAST. Vault Denim is EXPLODING around Wichita and around the country - so these jeans are in HIGH DEMAND!!
