I loooove pink! 💗 This beautiful string quilt is being backed by a bubblegum pink vintage cotton sheet, quilted with feathers and lots of love.

Mystery stains and pencil marks! 🤢✏️
Just a couple of the challenges working with vintage quilt tops.
Sometimes I soak the top before quilting, sometimes after. This one wasn’t too bad to quilt first and trust my tried and true ‘soak’ for getting the grime out.
