You’ve been exhausted because you keep saying “I’m fine.”

So many of us were taught that needing help means you’re weak. But that’s not truth — that’s a lie that keeps you isolated and exhausted.

You were designed for connection. For community. For people who can carry what you can’t right now.

It’s okay to say “I need help.” In fact, it might be the most courageous thing you do today.
