Okay. So, life update! We recently closed the storefront. It’s been bittersweet to say the least. I’m both relieved and heartbroken, but I know we made the right decision. I’ve made so many friends along the way, and I’m super grateful for the experience! We made it five whole years, but the stress of it all has taken a toll on my mind, body and spirit. The economy isn’t good right now, and I know I’m not alone when I say that it was a struggle for a long time to keep the doors open. It was a hard call to make, but I know it was the right one. Slowing down and taking a step back is something I have to do right now. I will continue to make all the products you guys love, just in smaller batches.

I’ve been busy all summer making SIX HUNDRED car jellies for a wholesale order, so that’s consumed most of my time! I will be back to making bath bombs, soaps and car jellies for the website in the next few weeks. I will post updates on Facebook and Insta, of course! Thank you all for joining me on this journey; I’m thankful for the support!

Hey everyone! Long post ahead, so please bear with me.

First off, the happy part! I got married this weekend to my best friend, and gained three bonus kids. 🩵 Our family of NINE is over the moon excited! We closed on our new home yesterday, so there’s exciting things happening in my personal life.

I’m beyond blessed in so many ways, but my heart has been heavy, too. I’ve struggled with this decision so please know that what I’m about to say is incredibly difficult. Posting it here for everyone to see makes it real. My dream of opening a storefront five years ago is coming to a bittersweet end, and I’m both relieved and heartbroken at the realization that it’s time to focus on my online sales and my family.

Long story short, I have decided to close the storefront. Over the last couple of years, the majority of our sales are being made online, and that’s what I’ve decided to pivot towards. I don’t have an exact timeline on closing the doors, but I will be liquidating the store beginning late this week.

Discounted inventory will be posted here and I’ll get everyone info on sales within the store in the next couple of days. I will be selling some of my equipment, displays, furniture and ingredients as well, so if you’re a storefront owner or know someone who is, just message me. I’m downsizing and focusing on online sales..we are NOT closing completely!

I’m so grateful for everyone’s support over the last five years that we’ve had the store open, but I’m stretched so thin running the website and storefront, and balancing work with family life. The in-store sales just don’t support the extremely high cost it requires to have the doors open anymore. The economy is struggling and many people turn to big box stores and online shopping these days. Because of this, I plan to keep the website running and we will begin doing a few farmers market events and trade shows as time allows. My products will also be available at select stores in Lubbock, soon!

My storefront is available for lease, so if you or anyone you know may be interested, please message me directly. It’s located at 4914 50th street in Lubbock, next door to J Hoffman’s. It’s a really great location and my landlord is literally amazing! Again, I know this will be inconvenient for lots of you, but I’m still going to be around! You can pick up from my house, I can deliver, you can come by the Wolfforth Farmers Market (probably beginning late July) or you can order online anytime. I’ll do whatever it takes to help everyone keep my products available for everyone.

Thank you all for your continued support; I’m grateful for all of the friendships I’ve formed and getting to know all of you has been such a blessing. I just have to do what’s best for my family (and my sanity!) at this point and I hope you will all understand.🩷🫶🏻 🧼

So, I totally Bob Ross-ed this soap and I love how it turned out! I made a beautiful cold process bar a few weeks ago and I didn’t love the frosted top. I ended up chopping it up and added it to some goats milk soap. Now its a wild, swirled, springtime bar that smells incredible! TikTok video coming soon ❤️
