Full Blood Wagyu Flanken Cut Short Ribs:

Cooking recommendation #1, from one of our customers, Blake:

Marinade: 1 tablespoon of truffle oil or 1 tablespoon of dried truffle powder, 1/4 cup olive oil, 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar, 1 minced shallot, 1 clove minced garlic, and a pinch of salt and black pepper.

Cook 1-2 minutes per side on high heat.
