- Alpine Meadows (North Shore)
Be sure to schedule your inspection ahead of time to avoid delays!

Helping people through life's transitions is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.

When the seller of the Glorene home first called me, we met at the property, where he shared stories of the home he had lovingly lived in for many years while raising his family. Now, he was preparing for an exciting new chapter—moving across the country to be closer to his son.

My goal was to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. From arranging a PODS container for his move to completing every document the old-fashioned way with pen and paper because he didn't own a computer, I was happy to help every step of the way.

In the end, everything came together beautifully. He received the price he was hoping for, and a wonderful young couple now has the opportunity to put down roots in Tahoe and create memories of their own in a home that has already been filled with so much love.

These are the moments that remind me real estate is about so much more than buying and selling homes—it's about helping people move confidently into their next chapter.

It Pays to Know People - Take my Contacts

👉 My real estate services don't start with the listing and don't end with handing over the keys.

Before you list your home or after you’ve closed, there will be a time when you want or need to make some kind of home improvement or repairs.

The challenge has always been:
- Who can I trust?
- Will it be quality work?
- Will I get my money's worth?
- Are they reliable? etc.

Unfortunately, sometimes the answers are earned the hard way. 😧

I always get asked for recommendations. Ranging from a "cosmetic touch up" - to a full-blown renovation after the buy.

I've lived here for over 30 years and I've been involved in hundreds of transactions.

In other words - "I know a guy", or two. 😆

Kidding aside - I'm also a big fan of family-owned businesses here.

Some of them span generations by now and you don't get there by NOT providing quality work and service.
