Did you know that despite Noah building the ark according to God's specifications, it was not the strength of the gopher wood and the soundness of the architecture that ensured no waters of the flood came into the ark? the last portion of Genesis 7:16 says that, " THEN GOD SHUT THEM IN", in order to shut out the waters of the flood. It's not the fact that you lock your door at night that keeps you safe, or your good driving that keeps you safe on the road or your healthy eating habits that keeps you healthy, ONLY God can shut you in and shut out the devil that is seeking to devour you. May the God that I serve shut you inside His ark of protection.

Failure is normal and often very necessary in life. No one has ever succeeded at anything without experiencing temporary failure. But to be a total failure is the choice you make the moment you refuse to rise and start over. Babies learn to walk by falling countless times and rising as many times as they fall. Falling and getting up and trying again and again is how we all learn and grow in life. Therefore arise and pick yourself up, brush yourself up and start over each time you fall. “For a righteous man may fall seven times and rise again, but the wicked shall fall by calamity.” Proverbs 24:16. God gives us countless chances called today to arise from our ashes and start over. It's never too late to start over and try again. This could be your final fall and final attempt before your breakthrough. Don't delay your come back. The future in waiting and heaven is cheering. Try again!

Each day you will likely hear so many voices telling you what you should do. Many will encourage you regarding the path that you should take. They will give you relationship advice and even tell you how to raise your children and how you should treat your spouse. Then there is the still voice of God that calls you to love your spouse, love your children, and to love you fellow man. When in doubt, always let love lead you. Let the love of God lead you. Other voices will take you further than where you ever wanted to go and to places you would have never imagined being. Block out the other voices and all the advice and just let the love of God lead you to your place of blessings.

Hold On To Your Faith: Noah, Joseph and Joshua all had something in common with you. They too were challenged with circumstances that did not allow them to see beyond their problems. Had they focused on their problems, they would have not been able to believe that God had the power to deliver them. When your problems are all that you can see, like the water that Noah saw, then you have to take your focus off of the problem that you can see, and place emphasis on the solution that you cannot see but know in your heart is promised to you. Our faith causes us to see the problem while keeping our focus on the solution that is not visible to us. So when issues arise, see your way through them with your faith. It shall bring you through and take you to the place where you need to be. No matter how it looks, hold on to your faith..."Don't let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God, and trust also in me. John 14:1

As we enter the 11th of 12 months in the year 2016, know that whatever your plans for 2017, God already knows them. In fact, He established your future even before the beginning of your life. He knows whether your life will be devoted to helping others, taking care of the needy, administering to the sick, or inspiring others with your words. He knows if you will own a business or become and executive. Your future has been established, yet God shall not force it upon you. You must choose Him, in order to choose the future He has for you. Let your heart stop worrying. Everything you are worrying about, God has already worked it out. God knows your future and I think it going to look good on you...Only I can tell you the future before it even happens. Everything I plan will come to pass, for I do whatever I wish. Isaiah 46:10
