Our VENTRICINA is made from pork belly, rough ground, perfumed with garlic, black pepper, paprika, and a good dose of Vietnamese chilli peppers, and aged for at least 2 months.
Beautifully spice, excellent on a charcuterie board, and perfect to incorporate in a pasta, and many other culinary preparations.
