1 Apple 🍎
1 Medium Frozen Banana 🍌
250g Frozen Mango (fresh works too)
150g Pineapple 🍍
1 Cup of Coconut or Greek Yogurt

BLEND AWAY in your mixer 🤌🏼

PLUS - Throw in some ice and blend again for any leftovers for you mama bear 🫶🏽

So the other day I drove over the nappy bag and unfortunately lost 2 of the Thermies in the collision 🤦🏼‍♀️

I can tell you now that double insulated Thermies cannot withstand the full weight of an SUV with 4 kids and 1 adult in the car 😂

In saying that, my 1L Thermie made it through with just a tyre mark! There was a dint but between pulling out everything that was in the nappy bag and throwing out the mashed lunches and broken items, the dint popped back out of the My Thermie.

We have had a restock of our 1L My Thermies! So get in quick and stay hydrated 👌🏼
