Take one step then another
Don’t falter, keep going further
In the blink of an eye everything can change
So keep yourself steady your dreams within range
Remember that life is short but so sweet
So don’t stay stagnant always reach
Strive to be your best and don’t back away
Because life is a journey, a game you must play
Get the most out of your youth and your health
Remember that life is for loving, there is your wealth
To live each day fully
To love with your soul
Will keep you heart joyful
Your life rich and full

My favourite thing in the world is making memorial pieces for people. These beautiful flowers were lovingly picked at a cottage in Poland. My lovely customer wanted a way to remember her beloved grandmother, as they had to sell her cottage, but some of her best childhood memories happened there. When I create these memorial pieces I picture these individuals, their lives, legacies, the love their family had for them. I kept picturing this beloved grandmother lovingly tending to these flowers and was moved to tears a few times while creating these pieces. When we lose those we love, memorial pieces can be such a comfort. These pieces are a reminder of the legacy this wonderful woman left behind. This beautiful window suncatcher makes me smile. It wasn’t made for Christmas, but it certainly has Christmas colours! The bottom crystal creates rainbows in your room when the sun catches it a certain way. This would be a lovely gift ! 15 with porch pickup!

How beautiful is this Scottish thistle? These were sent to me straight from Scotland to turn into a memorial pendant to remember a beloved Gran ❤️I can’t wait to see how it turns out.

Coming soon… memorial moons

The full moon was created for a dear friends family. My lovely friend Michael passed away in August from a terrible battle with lymphoma. He truly was a bright light, always running towards his passions and dreams. He leaves behind his wife and three kids. I wanted to make something for his family as a token of remembrance. The full moon is infused with forget me nots and a poppy for remembrance, and also includes sapphire Swarovski and asters for his birthday month of September. Once complete the moon will also include a crystal on the bottom that, if the sun shines through, a rainbow will form on the wall, hoping to remind the of him.

I would love to make some more of these memorial moons. They can be as a token of remembrance or as a birthday month gift or Christmas gift to symbolize a special person. As always 10% goes to the children’s health foundation.
