Ahead of our END OF SEASON SALE this Thursday, I wanted to share some of the messages that some of you have sent me since the Spring/Summer launch. Thanks so much to everyone who sent through feedback. It makes my day every time - your support means the world to me. Plus, I love being able to share your reviews with the whole SK fam. BTW, I’ll share more in another post, but I finally had a chance to wear The Jen Cargos since being pregnant and let me just say - I think they are my most favorite item we’ve ever made. I know that’s a big statement but I really mean it. The fabric, the fit. I love them more than I even realized!

Wow! Thank you guys so much for an awesome launch day yesterday. It’s always such a relief to get the collections out there and your enthusiasm makes it that much sweeter. I thought it would be fun to share some launch day selling data in case any of you find that interesting! In order of popularity: the #1 bestseller was The Laura Tee, closely followed by The Jen Cargos. The Zoe Muscle Tank, The Sofia Tank and The Elle Dress were close behind and pretty even across the three. It’s pretty exciting to see that the full offering is resonating across the board. Often we will have 1 or 2 bestsellers that far outsell the rest of the collection. Which item/s caught your eye?!? I always love hearing from you guys.

At long last… The complete linesheet for our Spring/Summer 2024 collection. Woooooof, this one took me to the edge, but as I mentioned last week, I think it’s our best Spring/Summer offering to date. It just feels so very ~sister katie~. All items will be available to shop on Tuesday, May 14th at 10a ET.

Our Spring/Summer 2024 collection launches on Tuesday, May 14th at 10a ET and features knitted tops, cotton tees, a fresh take on our best-selling pants, and your new go-to dress. We’ve changed it up this time around and instead of nostalgic, throw-back names for the pieces, we’re jumping to the present day. The new items are named after some of our favorite ladies who are currently dominating the day to day “street-style” game. Not surprising, their day to day looks are classic, uniform style dressing, with timeless pieces that can be mixed and matched and styled up and down. These ladies have such magnetic personal style that I am very inspired by. All of our new items are meant to be worn to death. Wear them to the park with your kid, to the office, out to dinner, or around the house. These are clothes made to live in.

This community we’ve built together still totally blows my mind and I feel so lucky to do what I do. It wouldn’t be possible without each and every one of you so THANK YOU. Anne “Annie” Hathaway ✨Our new bodysuit is named after a real person in the present day, can you even believe it? I think that’s a first. Annie is having a major moment and I am filled with giddy screams over it. About a year ago, she posted a selfie (first slide here) and I gasped and posted it to my personal IG stories immediately. As a mom myself, I really love to see a mom be her hottest ever, post-having kids. Don’t yell at me-- this is not about promoting “bounce back” culture. I hate that $hit. I am just HERE for Annie being her hottest, most glowiest, seemingly most secure and radiant we’ve seen. She’s just absolutely stunning and has a new sexy aura to her that I 100% support. My hope is that this bodysuit gives off that same energy. I wanted to create something that is still very much within the Sister Katie lens but with more of a sexy/going-out edge. Subtly sexy, nothing in your face. And of course, like with all SK pieces, you don’t have to pick a lane with this one. Wear it out on the town for GNO or paired back with MOM JEANS and an open button down at school pickup. Or anything and everything in between. The material and the ribbing is simply exquisite. Team Annie, over and out.

Elizabeth James ✨I mean, I’m definitely more in my Chessy Era (last slide) but I do really really want to be Elizabeth James. My almost 5yo asked me when we recently watched The Parent Trap for the first time if I could “please please please pleaaaaase be a ‘wedding bride’ designer!” I mean, out of every possible job I could have, I think I got pretty close, no?!? Not good enough it seems! ANYWAY, let’s talk Elizabeth James. She is everything. Such a sweet and kind mother. So beautiful. So British. So chic. Her London flat, omg, give it to me right now. Her elegance is unparalleled and what I love most about her personal style is that it is so understated and simple, but also super super distinct and sophisticated, allllll while seemingly EFFORTLESS. Gah, Lizzy, we love you.

This is the Elizabeth James Polo. I wish you could reach through the phone and feel the quality. It is exceptionally soft and the stitch is crafted beautifully. This piece is truly special.

Kathleen Kelly ✨ I’ve been sitting on this design and wanting to make this v-neck for so long and it was always so clear to me who she’d be named after. Kathleen Kelly, star of Nora Ephron’s bonafide classic, You’ve Got Mail, is everything we look to in a Sister Katie muse. She’s a powerhouse woman andddd she’s got incredible distinct personal style. Meg Ryan and Tom Hanks are a dynamite duo and this movie is just so so so good. It gives me such warm and cozy, chilly fall/winter New York City vibes. Whew that was a mouthful. We love a Meg Ryan Fall aesthetic over here. How about you?!?

Our new cardigan, The Amanda Woods, is named after and inspired by Cameron Diaz’s character from The Holiday. Look up “country cottage chic” and you’ll get a picture of Amanda. Jk, that’s not a thing. But if it was…Anyway, her wardrobe is filled with whites and beiges in the softest and comfiest materials. Amanda bundled in a sweater, hat, gloves and scarf, scream-singing “Mr. Brightside” was transformative for me. Honestly, the whole movie was. It’s one of my all-time favorites. It never gets old. The movie score still gives me a giddy pit in my stomach every time I hear it- such a distinct feeling. Do you guys know what I’m talking about? Also, 3 of my items this year are named after Nancy Meyers characters, so basically this whole collection is a tribute to the GOAT. Nancy, I love you. The Julia Cableknit is coming back!!! Hundreds and hundreds of you joined the waitlist for this sweater last season. You guys LOVE this one and so do we! We heard you loud and clear and we’re bringing it back next week. It will be available in the natural/raw undyed color from last year AND a brand new colorway (pictured here). The Princess of The Baby Tee: Liv Tyler, was the inspo behind our Liv Tee. She very distinctly mastered the sweet and sexy balance in her everyday dressing - no easy feat! Our tee is cute (the lettuce hem and sleeves are so sweet) and it’s a touch (dare I say???) sexy. The neckline is flattering and the ribbed material is fitted in the best way. You’re gunna love this one!
