What do you do when a case is opened?😱

Well it really starts with having a good description and photos in the first place.

All details should be in the photos, but also you should do your best to describe things as well.

In this case the buyer didn’t read or look at all the photos and assumed black and white polka dots.

Clearly in the title, photos and colour, it was described as silver polka dots.

The second thing, just as important, is to respond to the case professionally without emotion, and point out where you described the thing the buyer is disputing.

Poshmark WILL NOT go back and look at your description, so take screenshots and include them in your response ❤️❤️
