cityanimals is a brand of colorful sustainable products for kids handmade and designed in Amsterdam by Suzanne Burkunk - van Tongeren. From a family of textile crafters her love for sewing came at a very early age. Now as a mother of two boys she is dedicated to create sturdy, cool items for young kids that reflect vibrant city life. By up-cycling discarded materials her work can also be seen as a statement against throw-away culture. Used materials are daddy's shirt, our son's jeans and my cousins curtain. KvK: 65089162
