There will be moderate to heavy rain in Southern, Central and Eastern parts of Bhutan tonight. Rest parts of country also expected light to moderate rain tonight tonight.

Therefore, be vigilant during the night hours and while travelling la. Monsoon activity seems very active across Bhutan.
By looking at the movement of clouds systems and wind flow, there is chance continous rain in up-streams of rivers, we request concern person to be vigilant as there is high chances of increasing river levels especially during night hours, as system is developing nearby Bhutan. This may bring continuous rain in upstreams and most parts of country.
