Family… What a year it has been. A year ago I was in Florence showing my first collection at Pitti Uomo, a long-held dream. I never felt so reassured in my journey. Our booth was abuzz. Momentum was plentiful. Fervor was burgeoning. I thought to myself, this is one of those moments where the decade of unyielding grind, is bearing tangible fruit. On our last day at Pitti, I cried tears of joy and relief. ⠀

Fast forward two months later. The world is in a state of turmoil and despair. Orders were canceled and all of that momentum came to a screeching halt. Initially, I was frozen, standing in quicksand. But, like most, I had to overcome the initial shock and get back to the work. My story is not unique, yet the fact that we’re still here speaks to how blessed we’ve been. ⠀

I spent all of 2020 in my basement sketching shoes, detailing tech packs, molding our core business strategy, identifying goals, deepening our values, but never shrinking our aspirations. As a designer, I used the emotion and state of everything around me to spark my creative process. It’s my job to meet you where you are and take you where you want to go. That’s the power of great design and that goalpost has not changed. ⠀

As we’ve said before, our mission is to be a world-class footwear company. ⠀
⠀
We have so much we want to share with you. And so much to be thankful for.�⠀
