What a bunch of scam artists ..... worst customer service in the business.
Have for 3 months, now entering forth month, looking to cancel membership with no luck.
Now they say write a letter and have it registered mailed to them so I have proof they got it?
I've a dozen emails & call logs saying I've tried.
No wonder the prices are so low....they try to keep you distracted as they give you the run around and keep withdrawing money till you have to threaten litigation. SMH.
