Your baby’s sleep probably isn’t falling apart because of teething.

For babies and toddlers, teething may cause short-term discomfort…

But it usually doesn’t cause weeks of night wakings.

More often, I see:
• Overtiredness
• Schedule misalignment
• Sleep regressions
• Missing sleep foundations

If you’ve been stuck wondering whether it’s teething or something deeper — you don’t have to keep guessing.

Comment SLEEP and I’ll send you the details about my personalized 1:1 sleep support 🤍

Save this for the next rough night.

Sleep doesn’t need to feel like a battle — and it doesn’t need to live only in your phone either 🤍

We created the Sweet Dreams workbook to be something you can hold, return to, and use in real life, not just scroll past at 2 a.m.

✨ A physical workbook means:
• You can highlight the strategies that resonate most with your baby
• Take notes as your baby’s sleep changes
• Refer back during regressions, teething, or travel
• Track patterns and routines over time
• Have trusted guidance on hand — even during middle-of-the-night moments

This isn’t about following rigid rules or memorizing schedules.
It’s about having a supportive, gentle roadmap you can come back to again and again as your baby grows.

Designed specifically for babies 4–12 months, this 92-page workbook walks you through:
✔️ Predictable bedtime routines
✔️ Understanding your baby’s temperament
✔️ Navigating regressions and disruptions
✔️ Encouraging longer stretches of sleep without distress
Because sleep isn’t one-and-done — and neither is support 🤍

✨ “Never wake a sleeping baby!” … sound familiar?

The truth is, while this can often be true, there are times when waking your baby in the morning is actually beneficial. 🌞

Why? Because a consistent morning wake time helps set your baby’s biological clock, supports naps + bedtime, and makes the day flow more predictably.

Here’s a quick guide:
👶 0–3 months → Aim for wake-up by 9am
👶 4–6 months → By 8:30am
👶 7–18 months → Between 6:30–8am

👉 Remember, this isn’t about perfection — just consistency. If your baby naturally wakes at the same time, no need to change a thing!

📚✏️ Back-to-School Sleep Reset ✏️📚

The lazy summer nights are officially behind us… which means it’s time to bring back bedtimes, routines, and structure. 😅
While part of us craves that predictability again, the reality is—this transition can be tough on the whole family. Bedtimes may have crept later, mornings got slower, and now? We’re suddenly back to early alarms, packed lunches, and after-school activities.
The good news? Kids are resilient, and with a few gentle tweaks, you can help them adjust smoothly (without a week of tears and meltdowns).

💡 5 Tips for an Easier Back-to-School Sleep Transition
1️⃣ Reset bedtime — Aim for 7:30–8:30pm for school-aged kids so they get 9–11 hours of rest.
2️⃣ Get moving after school — Sports, playground time, or even a family walk can help burn energy and promote better sleep.
3️⃣ Eat dinner earlier — This supports digestion and keeps bedtime from getting pushed too late.
4️⃣ Limit screens before bed — Blue light suppresses melatonin, making it harder to fall asleep. Shut them off at least 2 hours before bedtime.
5️⃣ Be consistent—even on weekends — This keeps their body clocks on track.

✨ Remember: You don’t have to make every change at once. Pick one or two that feel realistic, and build from there.
