roduced at local artisans' home-workshops in Ghana, West Africa and therefore, we do not offer refunds. Exchange Policy

If there is an issue with your order (wrong item) you MUST notify us within 7 days for a resolution. After 7 days of receiving your package, we cannot issue any exchanges. All orders are shipped by Ghana Post or Express Mail Service (EMS) only. Estimated shipping time:

Ghana Post: 2 – 6 weeks,

EMS: 7-14 business days

Since the shipping time is subject to various situations such as customs inspection time, Post Office peak period, distance from the destination. The estimated shipping time is for reference only. If an item is damaged or lost during shipping process. It is the responsibility of the customer to file an international claim with the United States Postal Service within 60 days of the date of mailing/shipping. To initiate inquires for undelivered or damaged articles contact International Research Group at 1-800-222-1811, Monday – Friday 8:30am – 8:00pm ET, Saturday 8:00am – 6pm ET. Royal Coconut Textiles will not be responsible for any loses or damages during shipping process. If any parcels or item is returned to us due to post office delivery failure, incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, customs inspection failure, or customers failed to retrieve the parcel. Million Dollar Question in One Picture But Who Got The True Answer, I Guess No One But Myself.
