Meet the Founder
Julie May is innovative and passionate, her creative spirit and love of fashion is the genesis for Uplift Swimwear. Her desire to support women in the community is her greatest source of motivation.
Julie's grandmother (Nan) was diagnosed with breast cancer and had a mastectomy, this is Julie’s inspiration for including pockets in all Uplift designs. Today there are still very few pocketed bikinis and it is her hope to change that.
Julie is creating Uplift for all women, her goal is to change the conversation around mastectomy swimwear.
