Hol' a Medz Hol' a Medz actually means to meditate in Jamaican. The whole idea of this clothing line came about from the benefits that have been gleamed from meditation.

Peace of mind, health and joy and just an overall well being. There are major benefits of being present and practicing mindfulness, and the aim of Hol' a Medz is simply to open the consciousness of whoever sees our shirts or apparel and have them think meditation (quieting the mind, ceasing worrisome thoughts). Most of the society is filled with hustle and bustle and we are in business to have society slow down if even for five seconds to connect with their higher self.
