- Make one decision you’ve been circling for weeks.
It doesn’t need to be life-altering. In fact, it really shouldn’t be. Pick something small, a plan, a date, a next step and decide. The moment you do, your brain stops hesitating and starts moving. And movement is what you actually need right now.
- Clear one small physical space.
Not your whole house. Not your entire life. Just one space, a drawer, your desk, your bedside table. When your environment feels even slightly more in order, your mind follows.
- Take a 20-minute walk with no input.
No podcast. No music. Nada. Just you and your thoughts. This is one of the fastest ways to regulate your nervous system, just let your beautiful mind wander.
- Write two lists. What I’m finished with. What I’m moving toward.
Even if the second one feels unclear, that’s okay. Youre giving your brain direction. And right now, that’s everything.
- Do one small thing that belongs to the next version of you.
Send the email. Sign up for the class. Explore the idea you keep coming back to. You don’t become who you want to be by thinking about it, you have to put thoughts to action, even in the smallest ways.
- Remind yourself that transitions have phases.
The messy middle part is not a sign that something’s wrong. It’s actually where everything is reorganizing. Your brain, your identity, and everything big or small. It’s supposed to feel uncertain.
Most of the women I work with arrive in this exact space
- capable, coping well, and yet aware that something inside is shifting.
Save this for moments where you need to recalibrate ❤️
