Hey Facebook friends👋You might have seen I just updated my name - again!

This year I merged the Dalee Ella Collection and Storyline under the one website: Slow Fashion Australia. I've been figuring out as I go, how to keep the two labels somehow together and separate and it's making my head hurt! 🤯

So, I've decided to start bringing the socials together rather than have two accounts. Because in the end, it's all from the one designer - me! Same great fits, ethics and values. Slightly different aesthetics...🙄

That means you will start seeing everything I'm doing, here on the one page - both Storyline and Dalee Ella Collection.

And as you probably know by now, we're mid Preorder launch for the latest Dalee Ella Collection!

So you will start seeing lots more on that for the next while until we start seeing the new Storyline fabrics later this month.

Lots of new goodness always coming. Thank you so much for being here with me while I figure out how to run a business in 2025! 🙏

It feels like an exhale.

Reaching this moment is such a wonderful feeling, seeing the collection that has been slowly brewing inside me and Dalee, and that you’ve witnessed unfold through its creation story.

But truly, this is the moment I get to hand it over to you. Because it’s for you—the women who feel a connection to what we do, who resonate with the spirit in which Dalee’s art was made, and who know what our fits and fabrics feel like and have been dreaming of that special piece against their skin.

The moment is getting closer…we will FINALLY be opening preorders for the first .Ella.collection of 2025 🙌

Aaaand these prints will be available on paper just a few days later .ella.printmaker so you can surround yourself in the magic of the plant kingdom at all times 🌿

I wish we had all the pieces to show you for the preorder but alas it isn’t doable.

Those who have been following will know how our OG “Care for Kelp” print didn’t quite work with the hand element.

So I decided to delay the collection to and create a new repeat called “Kelp Garden,” which is a continuous all-over print.

I opted to only have 3m printed because the deadline is creeping up and I knew I wouldn’t have time to sample everything.

I chose the jumpsuit to sample, which is what I’m holding up here.

So we’re all going to have to use our imaginations for the Flow Dress and Wrap dress when it comes to Kelp Garden 🧐🧠

It’s annoying but it’s also cool. A totally slow fashion moment 🥰

Corinne is wearing size 14 in our brand new maxi skirt in “Spirit of Tulsi” print. With matching tank in size 14. Oh and she’s 165cm tall 😊

We’ve added a plain tank in matching colours to work with several of the styles that will be available to preorder on the 29th Aug from the .ella.collection

Here it is with our new maxi skirt 😍

It’s also is fantastic with our Jumpsuit and Wrap Dress which are both pretty low cut, as an under layer. Great for bigger busts or when you want a more modest neckline.

There’s going to be a pretty sweet deal on the tanks during the preorder because I know just how useful they will be for your wardrobe 💁🏻‍♀️
