Being on call sounds simple until your phone rings in the middle of the night and 20 minutes later you’re standing in an operating room trying to remember what day it is.

Most people see healthcare workers at work.

They don’t see the missed sleep, the interrupted nights, or the moments that happen long before the sun comes up.

Healthcare workers on call know the feeling. 😂🤍
