The moment I get a text or a call to sew something my hands get excited. The process starts with meeting the client for measurements and getting the feel of what they want, I already have imagined it in my mind. Followed by the the material purchasing, the cutting, the actual sewing, the first fittings to the final fittings. What warms my heart in the end is seeing everything come to reality and the client wearing the outfit with pride. Thank you for always choosing me.

I've noticed a common struggle among small companies trying to scale up - the inability to let go of control and be transparent with their team. As founders, we're often attached to our ideas, but we must recognize that our "baby" needs outside help to grow.

Like a child needs daycare, schooling, and socialization to develop, our businesses require external expertise to flourish. We can't do it alone. Our reluctance to delegate, hire experts, and share financials holds us back.

Scaling up isn't about losing control; it's about gaining momentum. Take a step back, look at your business, and identify areas where you need help. Be willing to bring in the right people and trust them to take your business to the next level.
